In so many posts there is so much "STRESS", it's a killer in my books, thoughts, causes in my "Opinion" alot of illnesses, that is just my belief.
I "choose" to not get stressed, when I do? I go for a walk, find someway to "laugh"...
Do you do anything in particular when you feel stressed?

Hmm, smash some stuff up, go out to see some friends, listen to some music, take some drugs, play with a cat...
I really wish I had a dog to walk. Used to have dogs. Save me many times.
Now I just walk my "virtual dog" which is not as good, but better than nothing.
Exercise will have a very beneficial effect on stress.
i suggest everyone to look into some hypnosis cds. The mind is very powerful.
If its a nice day I lay down and just stare at the clouds. Its relaxing just to even think about it.

I have saved a relaxation "free" video on my Computer, from googling damd google does so much hey?
But, the water flows, he talks and i usually start here, then lay on the ground and do what he says.. lol. Would be better if there was a real person here and his tone remained the same but his words were different haha.
Sorry... but seriously, doing that and breathing, holding in, exhaling etc, just softens those muscles back up again.
I walk the dogs for release of muscles as well, keep them moving and as for the sky, well same for the sea.
I can sit there and just look out onto it and drift into the beauty of it all.

I like to sit on my porch and drink a beer or three listen to the birds watch the animals,pets,cows sometimes deer and contemplate life.... and what I can do to ease the stress. Then I tell myself to quit whining and go do something about it.
If it wasn't for the bad times.... We wouldn't appreciate the good ones!
I also have a drink to relax, and i feel the beauty around me but like you Lak...quit wining and finding a way to "relax" and find the way.
Alcohol is a release... it certainly helps and makes you feel less stressed but it is not the answer... I need a bit more than that I deserve it and so do you.
