Well, I am thinking ulcer but they can burst, and i don't like anything that relates to blood in the mouth, "taste" because, personally only my opinion but that's a problem internally and unless he has tests, it could be a little thing, that needs a bit of antibiotics but it could be a bigger thing, and you don't gamble with life.
