Can your Mum help convince her? What about telling her Mother?

[URGENT HEALTH] Please help me. URGENTLY.
My friend has told me that she is needing to got toilet often since yesterday. Today she told me that she has been peeing blood.
I have researched on the internet and people have said it could and most likly is an infection. UIT or something like that.
They have ALL said that she should go the hospitle NOW! But she wont listen. And I am 17, I dont own a car so I cant take her. She has told me she is going to make an apointment at the docters tomorrow. I want her to go right now.
I just want to know if she is okay. And how long before thing may get really bad if they do.
She has told me she has had pains above the bikini line. Pelvis area. And that she goes toilet a lot. Thats all she has told me.
What do you think it is? And how soon does she need to get it sorted. My mum has said it could be internal bleeding.
Can your Mum help convince her? What about telling her Mother?

how much blood is she peeing out? a lot? or a little?
when she urinates does it ALL come out or does she feel like its "clogged" somehow.
i am guessing its UTI urinary track infection. after she goes to the doctor, you might want to have her drink some cranberry juice to break down the salt that's in her bladder. but if it isn't UTI good luck. you're a good friend by supporting and caring for her.
Thanks for the support. I just want to make sure she doesnt have to go on a kidney machine which I have read about.
She has promised me she will go and talk to a docter tonight at 5. Im going to call her then and make sure she does. I dont know how much she is peeing out. I will talk to her later.

although I'm not a Dr. and cannot give medical advice. It may be a UTI, although they usually present with tea colored urine, it may have spread to her kidneys. As far as internal bleeding that would be more likely if she is sexually active and could be an ectopic pregnancy, this is a life threatening emergency! I do advise she seek medical attention asap. Please don't forget that is she appears to get worse call the ambulance.
