Default I keep getting canker sores

I know there are many products on the market to relieve the pain, but is there anything to get rid of them. Also does anyone know how to prevent them from happening?

What kind of toothpaste do you use? I get terrible sores unless I use PeroxiCare toothpaste from Arm and Hammer. I qould get them super frequently because I have the bad habbit of chewing the inside of my mouth, but Peroxicare does a great job preventing them. It has baking soda and hydrogen peroxide which are great against canker sores, it just takes a while to get used to because it apparently tastes terrible (I don't think it does anymore, lol), but once you get used to it you never go back. When I do get a canker sore, I use hydrogen peroxide as a mouth wash.
