I use to be an over-eater, got over that even though in my brain I still think about it sometimes I've learned to stop... but I smoke, pop gum constantly, suck my thumb when I am nervous and have my head in my boyfriends lap as often as possible. I'd really like to kick the smoking and just stick to the sugar free gum. Its hard, I don't know if it gets worse. Could be worse things I suppose. For me I think its nerves that I always like to keep my mouth busy. I talk a lot too.
