I need to loose weight before my surgery has any one tried colon cleasing
Hi my name is Jill Closs on my last post I miss spell a word I ment Acaipure and wanted information about colon cleasing. Has any one tried colon cleasing and what product did they use and what work for them. I went to my gi doctor because I get allot of gas and bloating. And want to know if there was any thing he could give me said no but when I have my hystercomy he said it might help me allot that not until August I was womdering if any body has any suggesten that might work. Any feed back would be great. I'm also trying to loose before my surgery but nothing seam to work. I've tried all of the diet that my old gi as me to try but non of them work for me. I weight 143 and I'm 5/2. Thanks Jill Closs
