anyone with multiple sclerosis

hello! I'm 31 years old, and I've just been diagnosed with ms! I'm looking for success stories, encouragement, or any advice. I was thinking about getting a second opinion. Has anyone visited the Mayo clinic for treatment of MS? Did you have a good experience there?
