Anyone have carpal tunnel surgery
I am suppose to have surgery soon and wondering how your experience was.
Were you able to return back to work? How soon after? What happens if typing is your fulltime job? I am worried that my restrictions will be to not type anylonger?
Carpal Tunnel, I believe is mainly caused from typing, the strain on your wrists.
However, there are specialist shops that sell aids to help.
I recommend that you ask questions in this regard, even a foot rest so your back is supported properly is a great idea.
I had a shoulder injury and that also reflected all the way down my arm, therefore wrists, I type 90 words a minute...
I used the aids for a couple of years and it paid off...
