acupressure might be a solution

I have found that certain acupressure products have alleviated many of my everyday aliments such as headaches, joint pain, cramps, nausea, and so on. I believe that the natural way to solving pain/symptoms is acupressure. Of course this is my opinion from my own experiences.

Members of my family have used accupuncture and accupressure successfully for a number of problems. I don't about devices you buy simply because bodies vary so much. I would think that in many cases you would need a trained professional to get good results.
