Pregnancy symptoms, but negative test

I am super sick to my stomach, especially after eating, very emotional, appitite has picked up a little bit. I am on birthcontrol (Mirena) and have been for a year now with little to no side effects. For a week now I have been emotional, sick and feel sick when I walk by the trash can (if it has a smell). I took a test this morning that says I am not pregnant, what could it be?

Stress can do all that and more. Try meditating

Yes I am so stressed and I don't know what to do. I have to go see a doctor soon cause my body is falling apart and I have two little kids that need me, I can't fall apart. I am not happy in this relationship, there is not real good reason to leave but how do I make it clear, I AM NOT HAPPY. I want my smiles, laughs and good times back, I don't deserve to have the emotional drainage on me everyday.

Maybe you can try yoga exercise...
It very useful to me... relief my stress
