Is there any safe treatment for menopause ? i heard about the hormone replacement therapy as menopause treatment. have any one tried ? is it safe.

Be careful with hormone replacement therapy. Tampering with your body's natural balance has been linked to certain types of cancer. It's not 100%, but then again the only that is guaranteed in this life are death and taxes.

WebMD.com should be a highly useful source for this kind of thing.

Laugh, smile, eat well, exersize, have frequent good sex (I wish). So far that's working for me.
