For 3-4 days now, my nipples and breasts have been sore to touch.
The breasts hurt when being pressed down between the nipple and cleavage and slightly underneath. The pain points are exactly the same on each breast. Now I have done a small amount of research which gave me 4 consistent answers.

1] Breast Cancer
(there is no itching, rash, noticeable swelling, lumps.)

2] Menopause
( i am 21 years old)

3] Ovulation
(i am just passing the 2 week mark since my last period, however i have never experienced breast/nipple pain in the 9 years i've had my period.)

4] Pregnancy
( last year i had a miscarriage but during that time i did experience breast tenderness but it wasn't only by touch, it was more of a consistent pain that felt more like heaviness)

So i'm wondering what this could be caused by. If anyone has any suggestions or opinions they would be much appreciated.
