Default trapped nerve

for a few years i kept getting these horrible headaches, i had to stop doing my volunteer work as i was in pain every day, i tried all sorts of pills and nothing worked.

i was referred to the norfolk and norwich for an exam, i found out that i had a trapped nerve up the back of my neck, i had to do several exercises a day and take muscle relaxants.

i have freed up that nerve, but as it has been trapped once, it does tend to get trapped again, the minute i get a bad headache i do the exercises.
