Your mind is going 100 to 1, hun... With all the problems your facing.

Can you maybe take a sleeping tablet ever second or third night just for the time being?

It's not good to take any form of drugs on-going hense the above suggestion being spaced.

You can try taking over the counter sleeping pill or maybe a relaxation tape. I have a self hypnosis one that works great.

Nights when I'm tossing and turninig to get to sleep (which are most), I'll take a sublingual melatonin supplement. Your body naturally produces melatonin. They have 1mg to 5mg supplements. I buy the 1's, that way I can take as little as needed. I'll start with 1mg, very rarely do I have to take anymore than 3. But I'd recommend it.

I'm also going to buy a recording, hopefully here shortly.

A good bit of exersize earlier in the day and a cup of chamomile tea in the evening may do the trick.

What I like to do is get a glass of milk (8oz) and sprinkle in about 1/2 a teaspoon to a whole teaspoon of nutmeg. Stir well and drink it, and you'll fall asleep in no time! Also, aromatherapy works well. Rose is my favorite, because it has a calming scent, like lavender.
