Yes, we all do. Some are better and some are worse. WE just need to look at the bright side of things and be gratefull for the things we do have.

CW is right you have to let go of it, reach inside yourself and find a place of joy. You can find things to love and take pleasure in, in the simplest places. Look in wonder at a flower, a blade of grass, a tree - these are all amazing beings - if you really look at them.

Whether you feel it or not, put a smile on your face. Your amazing body is designed so that using those muscles will trigger the release of chemicals that will elevate your mood.
