Question Lightheaded

Hi, I'm so new to these forums but seems like I should interact with women who may be able to assist me. Give me some direction, I feel like a baby when I go to the doctor and this year I've gone to the doctor more than ever before. So here it goes, for about a week now I'm so dizzy and lightheaded... should I worry. Its throughout the day. When I wake up, go to sleep, get up from watching TV or eating.... It comes and goes, I notice that I have more dizziness when I'm interacting at home; cleaning, cooking, interacting with my stepchildren, ect. At work I feel it alot when I'm working with spreadsheets.... I'm so done with this... Should I be worry or is it something that my body is trying to tell me.

OF course your body is telling you something. Now you need to be the detective and figure out what?
Do you wear glasses? Could you need them or need new ones?
How is your blood sugar?
Your heart and circulation?
Are you overweight?
Do you or could you have an allergy?
There are a lot of possibitities.
