Default Feel weak and tired

From few days I noticed I feel sick and feel like sleeping whole day. I used to exercise a lot before, but from a month i stopped going to gym due to my busy classes and work schedule. Now a days I just sit all the day at work and during classes after work and then during studies. I am really scared as my abdomen is becoming fat due to my schedule. Besides this I feel stressfull and tired too.

I dont have any activities going on since a month and it will be untill october ending as my exam is in october and is something really important for me to spend time studying for it.

Can someone please help me to boost my energy for my studying for the exam and also to remain healthy and lean. Can any vitamins help my situation? Please suggest any nutrition which I need to follow as I wont be doing any excersice for whole september and october.

I appreciate any kind of suggestions in this matter. Thankyou!

Vitamins can only do so much although I've seen people recommending wheatgrass.

Can you not spend 15-30 minutes at your home doing some simple exercises? It will help you brain absorb what you need and give you an energy boost too. We really don't "need" gym time I think as long as we can do something physical. Stop worrying about gaining weight and just do what you need to do to stay healthy and get through exams.

i agree with "miya"..take at least 15 minutes and exercise..go for a walk..i was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes last year..my dietician told me to walk at least 15 minutes a day..i walk 30 and have lost 24 lbs..plus the walking gives you an energy boost..some nights i do it at 11 pm but then can't sleep..a 15 minute walk between study sessions will do wonders for your body and mind..try it and good luck "reachel"

Thankyou so much for the response. I am surely going to try wheatgrass. Yeah, also I have started doing yoga at home for little while before going to bed. Though I might need more cardio, something is better than nothing.
I guess i should not worry until my exam gets over then i should be on regular basis.

Your shoulds at the end remind me of and old Psych professor of mine who also had a clinical practice. He used to give his patients (men and women) shirts that said "I'm a musterbater, I can't get enough." This was to remind this that nothing but breathing, eating, and sleeping is something you must or should do.

It's ok to worry about it but just let that worry pass through you as quickly as it entered your mind, it's gone. It will make you feel much less heavy (it's the basis for meditation on non-attachment.

Let your mind go and your body will follow.
