Does that only happen while you are on the computer or at any other time too? If it is happening while you are on the computer, then you are probably resting your hand in a position that is cutting off the circulation in your hands. That is what usually causes the tingling sensation. Try using a qel wrist pad for use with computer mice. Also be sure to flex and move your hand around from time to time while you are on the computer to keep the blood flowing.

It is not good to sit for too long either because of the decreased blood flow. Try getting up and moving around every so often.

If it's happening at other random times away from the computer, then you may want to see a doctor about it. Numbness and tingling means that either blood is not getting to that area like it should or their is nerve damage or interference somewhere. It could be a cardiovascular problem or a nervouse system problem. Sitting for long periods can cause nerves in the spine to become pinched or compressed. That too can cause numbness and tingling.

    Default pins and needles

Should pins and needles start in your fingers when ever you are doing something well i had this alot and i found out it was Carpel tunnel syndrome this is a nerve in the wrist that could be swollen and not letting nerves get to your fingers and cause pins and needles. I had to have a small operation on both hands and now i'm fine
