I bruise very easily
is there anyway to stop this from happening? No joke I was food shopping today brushed my leg against the cart, and now I have a huge bruise forming. What can I do

Do you take a lot of ibuprofen, Advil, Motril, etc.?
My Dr told me to cut back on that stuff because it thins your blood.... I bruise easily too and he said this may be the cause, this was 5-6 years ago that I asked this though. I cut back on that stuff and it doesn't seem to be as bad, but it's still ridiculous.
