Hey there
![]() So I had an operation for Scoliosis in February 2008 .. (Inserting two metal rods in spine to straighten it) The curve in my spine was around 60 degrees. Now over a year and a half on I can't bend to more than my knees.. my surgeon said I should be able to touch my toes by now.. ![]() ![]() Could anyone tell me why I can't bend still? And how I can learn to bend again? Help would be very welcome. |
