oral fixation

so i think i have oral fixation i cant stop putting things in my mouth let alone sto thinging about it anyone have advice?

um...you could try like...chewing gum? or....(and this might sound nasty, but that's the point) put something bitter on whatever you're putting in your mouth. pens, etc. like that bitter apple spray they have for dogs. (not to sound condescending or anything, it's a legit suggestion. some people do that to stop their children from sucking their thumbs.)
