questions about being exposed to the h1n1 flu virus...?? (please help asap!)
On friday night I was hanging out with my boyfriend, we made-out for a while and hung out for atleast 3 hours...i even drank after him a few times.
This week i find out that he has H1N1 flu..he was fine sat and sunday. So do you think theres a possibility i could have it? What should I do? |

First off, don't freak out about it, otherwise you'll make yourself sick from stress. Secondly, there really isn't much you can do to prevent it. Just try and keep yourself healthy. Drink a lot of water and take vitamins to boost your immune system. I was exposed to it at work, but so far, I'm fine *knock on wood*. If you do get it, just take care of yourself as you would with a regular flu, unless your symptoms and fever are extreme, then go to the hospital.
