    I am 34 and for the last few weeks i have been suffering hot flushes in the mornings it is not very nice and gets me down. its not early menopause i still have periods can anyone help thanks

    I was reading up on something about this the other day, just stumbled across it.

    Iron... Your lacking iron and need to eat more green vegetables and red meat, I tried it, after feeling different the last two periods, with hot flushes and it worked for me, realising I am at the age for menopause but like you, still getting periods so I knew it wasn't that .. phew...

    Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
    It doesn't happen over night
    if truth were to be told.

    Like everything in life that's hard to achieve

    thanks 4 replyin..i do have good diet i was told a while back that my blood was a bit too thick? they just told me to drink more..
