I know from all my questions posts I probably seem ignorant! ha ha. My mother is not in my life (emotionally) so I don't have anyone else to go to to ask these questions. Thank you all for your supportive help and answers so far!

I've heard that it's better not to wear panties at night time while you're sleeping because it gives genital a chance to "breathe". Is this true?
I would think panties "protect" the genitals from dirt, etc....

The genitals are pretty protected as is, panties or no panties, unless you're like mud wrestling or something... ... in a really... intimate way...

I'd hope there's not much dirt in your bed to begin with, so, it really doesn't matter.

AND, just found the shiny new edit button. Nice work!!

    Simple as that.

i sleep naked mostly but even when i wear a nighty, i dont wear knickers. VJ has to breathe some time! and as they said unless you sleep in a sty with little piggies, should stay nice and clean.

As long as you are keeping good hygiene in general you are fine...

whether or not you wear undies to bed will not affect your health one way or another!

Your girl parts need a chance to air out a bit to stay really healthy, going pantiless helps that
