ok so for the past 2 days i have felt sick after eating.
and its both been after my evening meal (6 o clock)

first evening i ate spagbol with garlic bread few mins later i started feelin this build up sickly feeling i my stomache, later im sat at the toilet heaving wanted to be sick but noffinks coming up. later on the whole feeling went away.

tonight... i made chips an a cornish pasty, by the time i ate my chips i was bloated n i ate a bit of the pasty, then i ate some melon, few mins later i started feelin sick again... but this time i didnt wanna be sick, i still feel pain in my stomache now but it isnt as bad as it was earlier.

im worried this will occur again while im at my boyfriends house for the weekend aswell.

does anyone have any idea wot this could be?
do i have something wrong with me?

Try eating things that do not have a high fat content. You can clear your system out by eating some bran cereal in prune juice, probably will not taste great but it will do the job. From there just watch what you eat and the quantity of it, and no that does not mean a complete revamp of your diet lol. This weekend just try sticking to salads, veggies, fruit, and maybe meat like chicken (not fried) just so your body can recoop.

    HI again Rebecca ,

It could also be an ulcer, hense the salads and light foods are your best bet for the time being, ulcer's don't like acid.

An ultra sound should determine whether or not this is the case, but fatty foods are no good if your body is suffering something, so yes go and see your Doctor.

Also, try not to get stressed out over something as simple as (but still annoying) stomach pains. Googling random symptoms and doing the old "oh my god I totally have that!" does nothing but cause unnecessary worry. If it were a chronic condition after every single meal then yeah sure go to the doc and get the expert advice. But for now just have fun and eat a bunch of greens lol
