I think what I'll do is take a nice hot shower. I'll be doing something fun later. My friend is doing the "news" for a comedy club we're both in at college, so I'm going to go cheer her on.

Hot shower worked all right. I got a little more relaxed. However, putting my massager on vibrate almost seemed to make the pain worse, particularly at the base of my skull. I now have a headache towards the front of my head on the right side (mild, towards the temple region), and my shoulder blade, down to my elbow joint, and sometimes my fingers ache.

According to Mayoclinic, I don't have any symptoms of an unruptured aneurysm, nor do I have symptoms of a rupture (I'd be on the floor if it was ruptured). The only thing I could think would be that it was leaking, because that usually just causes a REALLY severe headache, but to be honest, my caffiene withdrawal headache was really, really bad. It's just the burning sensation that scares me really badly.

Sweetie lose all the med sites, quit focusing in every little thing you feel or think and get out and live a little more. The busier you are the less you will experience these types of things. When I'm focused on my work and it's really flowing, I'll realize later that I've got cuts and bruises and such that should have hurt when they happened but because I wasn't focused on them or looking for them - I didn't even notice.

    Where attention goes energy flows

Put your attention on positive things. 90% of what people go the doctor for will clear up on it's own. Eat healthy, get some exersize and don't stress so much. Stress will undermine your health faster than anything else (unless maybe you get hit by a train). Stressing about your health will damage your health! And it takes up a lot of time. You are young and should be active and fairly carefree!

Well, I made a blog entry about everything WildChild asked about and I feel a little better for it.

I'll let you all know how the show goes tonight, if you want. And hopefully tomorrow, whatever's wrong with me will be cleared up, correct?

Has your therapist given you the exercise of focusing your attention to a body part to show that selective perception plays a major role in the symptom? That is basically the same thing that WildChild says. Your attention and your 'energy' will be on something that may not need that focus. Just take that tylenol and go laugh away your worries. There is a saying that laughter is the best medicine, and I tend to agree

FNL was all right, it wasn't the best though. My room-mates new segment was the best out of all of the skits. I hope that they put clips onto a youtube channel or something.

My head and neck still hurt though, which is bothersome and frightening. It wasn't as bad as before, but it still bothers me.

Note: I know what might have caused the aggravation. Today at work, my boss asked me to take care of setting up the chairs and tables outside. There are two tables and four chairs. But they're made of wrought iron. So six pieces of furniture later, it's no wonder I'm in a bit of pain, but it's surprising that it would come up a few hours after I was done with work, perhaps because I was laying down on that side.

Is it possible for pinched nerves in the neck to affect the back of the head and cause that burning sensation? It might be a pinched nerve because it affected my shoulder blade and down my arm, which I have heard is what happens.

Just a little more clarification and I'll shut up, I swear it!

I've had burning and tingling sensations in my arms before from stiff shoulders.

You know, one time I was convinced I had a problem with one of my upper teeth because sometimes I would feel a dull pressure above one or two of them that would then radiate down into the tooth/teeth. I wasn't completely sure, cause I thought that a dead root would mean I couldn't feel anything in the tooth and that an infected root would cause more problems and also make the tooth hurt during eating. But the pressure would come and go and sometimes even move around. I went to the dentist anyway but he couldn't find anything.

A few days later I noticed that the sensation was dependent on how I moved my head. It was most noticeable when my head was tilted to the left, much less when it was straight, and not at all when it was tilted right. My neck had been stiff for a while and my left shoulder was all tensed up. So I massaged the area, did some stretches, applied heat packs, etcetera, and as my shoulder and neck loosened up my tooth pressure went away.
