Hi. Well the past couple years I have felt that in some aspects I am not myself. I take pride in a job well done but it seems that recently I have a serious lack of motivation and have become a poor student. This seems to be even more relevant now that i am in a masters program and I feel like I just can't seem to keep up to my previous pace. I have a really hard time concentrating and I feel easily frustrated. I am exhausted all the time with plenty of head aches which have increased in intensity to the point where I feel like throwing up at times. I had my first baby six months ago and as far as family life goes I am having an absolute blast. Any thoughts? It feels like it has been an issue before my son was born but perhaps has gotten worse since then. I even feel to the point where I need to be checked for a learning disability or something because I am so frustrated.
    Thanks for reading.

Wondering, headaches, poor concentration, pride in job, home, just not study.

Too much mental overload? How do you be a student, a mother, a wife/girlfriend & an employee?

Also, just in case, "headaches" you study books/computers work and study, maybe your eyesight isn't as good as you think.

I tend to think that your overloaded...

    I agree with that.

It could also be that you're not passionate about what you're studying...? I found this to be true when I was a high school student, and unfortunately it's true with my current job now. I'm tired ALL the time, and I'm pretty sure it's because I want a big, big change of pace!

It all sounds like overload to me. You can only do so much. As far as the headaches they could be migraines as one of the symptoms is nausea.
