    HI,

New member, and I had a question about iron.

I get physicals done on a reagular basis, and most ofthe time my iron is low.

I was taking iron pills, but I found they constipated me and I was not happy.

Does anyone have any advice of what I can do besides taking iron supplements. I currently take a multi-vitamin. Eat spinach and brocoli when I can.

I rarley eat red meat. The reason I am concerned is b/c I would like to start a family and do not know what effect that would have on me and getting pregnant.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
