Dermatofibroma or another skin condition?
Has anyone heard of dermatofibroma? It is like little tissue nodules on the skin, reddish brown in color, and they feel firm and hard like a pea on your skin. I think I might have a couple of them on my upper thigh, and I was wondering if anyone else has them too? I googled them and from what I read they are harmless and noncancerous, and the pictures looked like the couple I had, but I have not yet been seen by the doctor. I would like to get these things removed, whatever they are, because they aren't very attractive just hanging out there on my leg!! Just wanting to speak with someone about them, if they had faded away after time or was treatment required. I have had mine for about five months now, and they seem to be growing slowly or sometimes not at all.
Sometimes I lay under the moon, and thank God I'm breathin'. And I pray, "Don't take me soon, 'cause I am here for reason..."
Go see a dermatologist, they will know what to do. They may even give a nitrogen treatment right there, I had it..it hurts but it worked really really well to get rid of a wart I had.
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.
