Do you think it's that you are putting more weight on that side of your body? I don't know.
Slightly overweight would not be a problem. It is just a problem when a person becomes significantly overweight...and in that case the joints will definitely be under much more stress leading to many pain problems.

Oh, OK. Let's hope she'll feel better soon. Thanks, hun!

It's not excruciating. It just sort of hurts. My stomach still feels like it's on the verge of rumbling, like I'm hungry, but I'm not.

And I'm more than slightly over weight, but not like "holy blimp" overweight.

I'm wondering if it could just be gas pain. I had pain similar to this before, but that was back when I was constipated (I actually went to the hospital because the pain was so bad I couldn't sit), and I thought it was appendicitis. I can still sit comfortably right now.

I'm burping a lot, and the pain was relieved somewhat when I passed gas the other way. I think if it's worse tomorrow, I'll go to the health center (though there's really not much they can do).

What happens with ovarian cysts? Do they cause like, weird discharge or anything?
Trying to get a hold of myself is really tough! But I'll keep trying.

If you are still on the subject of your hip, well your hip is not your stomach or near it so gas will not cause the pain there.

Your stomach however is gas, and probably a lot of it. The intestine is a long long rope of available space for that gas to be trapped in. Even if you think it is all out there will still be some there. You need to release all of that so make sure no one else is around you if it gets to be smelly lol. A doctor visit is not necessary because they will just say it is gas.

As for feeling hungry, but not at the same time. When your body wants food and nutrients it lets you know through gurgles, chemicals that make you feel hungry, and even a weird sucking in sensation may be felt. When that happens, keep your stomach quiet by eating. Not a whole meal of course but something like a banana will do.

Nope. An ovarian cyst is a fluid retention within an ovary. Basically a fluid sac within the actual ovary sac. The only discharge that I know of would be blood. Some cause extreme pain and need immediate surgery. I highly doubt you would have one because there would be other symptoms, of which you have not listed.
