    Exclamation hemorrhoids

After going to the bathroom this morning I got a small bump that is sticking out of my rectum. I had a hemorrhoid about a year ago too, and it was painful and lasted for awhile. How can I treat this on my own? I don't want to ask my mom...this is embarrassing.

I don't want to have this huge discomfort. If anyone can help, please do so ASAP! Thank you!

Perhaps you could do some research on the internet if you don't feel comfortable talking about it with your mom. Is there any other adult that you are close to that you would feel comfortable telling?

I am not a physician but If I were you I would make an appointment with your physician. To have an accurate diagnosis of hemorrhoids, all that the physician does is brushes up your medical history to identify hemorrhoids symptoms its a simple examination of the anus and the anal canal. Now you should not be embarrassed about telling it to your mom a lot of men/women have the same problem. The physician can also give you a cream that you can purchase at the pharmacy even if you do not have medical benefits there is creams out there that work as good as the prescribed ones. Soaking in hot water regularly will help relieve pain.Do you know if they are external or internal hemorrhoids? To make it easier for the discomfort a bulk fiber supplement to soften stools and eliminate straining during bowel movements is quiet helpful.

    Best of luck,
