Large lump/bump on my bikini line.
Last night I discovered a lump on my bikini line. It's large-ish -- maybe a little bigger than pea sized -- and smooth on the outside, but not exactly like regular skin, kind of shiny, slightly translucent, and pink. It's soft and oozes a clearish, whitish liquid when I press on it (I squeezed some out, which from reading other boards, I shouldn't have done), and only hurts when I press on it, and even then, not bad.
I shave my bikini area, but haven't shaved that part that recently- maybe a week or so ago? I might just have not realized it was there.
I've only had one sexual partner, my current boyfriend, and I'm his only sexual partner (we were both virgins when we met).
I'm not sure if this is an infected gland, an ingrown hair (an extreme one -- I get ingrown hairs but never big) or what.
Please help?

I too just found a bump on my bikini line I just shaved 6days ago and i dont think its a pimple because its just red so I tried popping it and it bleed what do you think it is I am very worried
I get these a lot. I usually pop them and yes, sometimes only blood comes out. It may be an ingrown hair, simple as that. I would put a warm compress on it, hot but not unbearably so, and leave it there until the compress gets cool. I did this once and it made the nasty bugger go away. You could also pop it, but that is EXTREMELY painful, and it irritates it further.
ItsASecret is right, polysporin/neosporin may help you, but I don't know how much it will help. Good luck!
