I have run out of ideas and options.

Long story short, I had/might still have Chronic PID. It started almost 2 years ago. I've seen numerous GYN's, been to the hospital more times than I can remember, and yet to find nothing but a few constant ovarian cysts.

But I am in so much pain. My pelvic region - every single day. My lower back, and it's even gotten to the point where my legs are going numb. I take enormous amounts of 800mg Ibuprofens, and painkillers - both of which do not help anymore.

It's become so unbearable. But I don't have insurance. Since the last time I went to the ER there has been no diagnosis.

I don't know what to do. The pain is getting worse every day.
    I guess... maybe some advice?

btw, I'm only 20 years old. Meaning this all has been going on since I was about 18.

The problem with PID is that often it will result in a hysterectomy due to the massive amount of tissue scarring and tissue damage. Typically antibiotics are given, and a lot of them (6-8 weeks worth) because the association of PID is with some nasty reoccurring infections (once the tissue is damaged it is easily susceptible to more infections). Those infections often are the result of STDs like gonorrhea and chlamydia, but not always. I think the only thing you can do is just keep going to the doctor, if they make the diagnosis that you still have it they may opt for surgery to remove the cysts and scarred tissue that can encase the ovaries and uterus. And in the meantime even ask if there is any other pain killer you can take since the pain would be tremendous.
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.

Is that the final treatment for PID?

See, I don't know if it is still that. The last few times they have not treated me for having PID.
