Some women just have bigger nipples than others it won't affect your ability to nurse a baby if you have bigger or smaller nipples.
The breasts do change a little during pregnancy, nipples become darker and may change slightly but no matter what size they are that doesn't affect milk supply.

Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.
but the shape and size doesnt changed, its still lool like 10 years old nipple..
thats is normal ??
MY nipples got quite a bit larger when I was pregnant and then over time nursing they did get closer to my normal size. Every woman is different but yours should still work fine. When I was a teenager a doctor told me that I would never be able to nurse a baby because my breasts were small, but I nursed both of mine for over three years each and for a short time was nursing both. There was no problem.
Don't worry about it.
