have you had any issues with any1 lately that could effect how you been feeling?
Okay, so I've had this thought come over me that all these symptoms I'm having could be a sign of depression..
I'm not happy lately, I'm either never ever tired, or tired all the time e.g Wednesday and Thursday I could not sleep at all, Friday and Saturday, all I want to do is sleep. One day I don't want to eat at all, the next day all I want to do is eat! I'm very withdrawn from family and friends lately too...people have noticed I'm not my normal self. I'm just really confused and irritable! I keep losing my concentration e.g I get told something and literally two seconds later I've forgotten it, but I think that is to do with sleep.
Anyone have any ideas or am I just run down?

thats probly why you are having hte feelings you have now. you should try to settle what ever is going on it will make you feel so much better.
Sleep deprevation will mess you up in a variety of ways. Watch your diet, eat healthy. Get a good workout earlier in the day - before evening. Avoid caffiene the second half of the day. Make sure you get some natural sunlight- you need that vit D. Keep a regular schedule, try to wake up at the same time everyday and have a regular bedtime.
