Hi everyone!

I hope some-one out there can shed some light on this....

I'm a 29 year old female and for the past week or so I've been experiencing extreme heat in my face every night at around 7.30pm. It comes on very quickly and makes my cheeks go bright red! (and when I'm around friends I do feel very silly!!)

It doesn't seem to be tied in with when I eat as sometimes it's already begun before I have my food...but it is always at the same time every night. It seems to go on for a few hours and by the time I've gone to bed it's normally over.

Any ideas? Please don't tell me it's anything to do with the menopause! I'm only 29!
