bladder infection or something else?
I had a urine test done on tues becuase i was urinating frequently, had a bad back and abdomen pain and chills. The test said i had a bladder infection and was given antibiotics but my last pill will b tomorrow morning and i'm still having a really bad pain on my right side of my back and abdomen. Is that normal? A friend told me that's where my kidney is...so should it still be hurting and is it that it just takes a few more days after the antibiotics for it to go away or should i make a follow appointment?
If you are still uncomfortable after a round of antibiotics, yes, go back into the Dr. You need to be retested and retreated if necessary.
