I might be making a few more topics due to fact I'm a bit concerned about myself lately and for the past few years... but...

I've been hair loss or my hair falling out in several strands a day all throughout the day. Like non-stop. It falls out in the shower (of course, lol), it falls out at work, during the day, especially when I stress out, you can find it all over the house, my sinks and drains are clogged about every three weeks. I've noticed in the mirror lately on my forehead, I'm missing parts of hair that should be there that was there a month ago.. like my forehead is becoming more visible now. It makes me feel so horrible since it's one of my best features and no matter how much I hate my hair, I love it.

This red mark on my face. My mother rosea and I've noticed my mark matches hers a bit, but mines different. Mine actually looks a bit like a butterfly. I've seen pictures of the lupus mark online and mine does match it. It gets red through out the day, when I stress out, when my face flushes (like when I get nervous or upset) ... it only itches from time to time around the nose. But it's always there, 24/7 and looks somewhat like a butterfly. And even the texture of the skin of the mark does not match the texture of my regular skin and this mark is usually moderately warmer than my face.

I'm always fatigue. Like not even energy drinks help. I try my best to get good sleep, but I'm insomniac for some reason and have been for several years.

My breathing is basically . I have take a breath before I talk. It's harder to breath and talk while I'm laying down or sitting down. The cold seems to make it a bit harder. At night it's a bit harder, too. And when I take a deep breath, it never feels deep or full and when I breath out, it's very fast and short :/

24/7, litterly. My hands and feet are icy cold, and sometimes when I stress out or I'm in the cold, my fingertips will go a slight blue. In the cold or when my feet are colds, my toes will begin to go white... (I also don't get good circulation for some reason and it's been this way for about 3 or 4 years)

I can never get or stay warm and I'm usually the coldest in the group.

As for general stress, once I'm stressed out, my body all over is in pain. True this could just be stress itself, but it's like my body doesn't know what to do.

I usually do have small short fevers constantly.

I've had memory troubles for as long as I can remember. I'm usually anxious all the time about everything. I mean, everything. And I've been depressed for years. Constant headaches that go on for hours. Like I usually wake up with them, last through the whole day, and go to bed with them. I've had stiffness in my joints...

A lot of other stuff I don't know to really explain.

I don't know... the only thing that bothers me currently is my beautiful hair falling out like crazy and it isn't stopping and nothing helps. I took vitamins, never helped. It kinda upsets everyday to look at my hair going away from me.

The first four issues are major and everyday complications.

    Any ideas?

Stress can make a person go grey literally over night.

I imagine that your stressing out over all of these changes as well, which is not good.

Cronic fatigue can also be bought about from stress, make you sleep less, create "pimple" or blotches that itch.

You need to go and see your Doctor on how to combat stress as well as try Meditation, Yoga, deep breathing every time you feel stressed.

There are also some remedies that may work for thickening your hair. But, ultimately I think you'll find it's falling out due to stress.

Start walking every hour or two for 10 minutes, that will loosen up your joints and muscles and also un-wind on the stress level.

Get a good book and take it to bed everynight and un-wind from the day engrossed in something where your mind can't think...

Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
    It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.

Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
    you must believe!

Everyone says it's stress. Which is frustrates me because my hair has been falling out for about five years and when it started to fall out it wasn't stress, and this breathing problem has been going on two years now.

Someone out of the blue actually asked if I have asthma due to the fact they noticed I take deep breaths or try to every time I begin to say something.

I'm more depressed than I'm stressed, so I'm not saying this is all stress related. Some has been going on for more than two years. Only recently I've opened up to try and get some help.

Also, walking is difficult to breathing and my bad ankle which is very weak from the two times I twisted it.

Looks like you've got a whole list of issues... Have you gone to a doctor? Doctors? From first glance it seems to me like several of these could be related, or all stemming from the same cause. And what a shame it would be if it's something that's actually easily treatable but you don't know about because you haven't gone to a (good) doc yet!

I can particularly relate with you on the hair loss thing. I experienced it for two years, and the damage it can do to a woman's confidence and happiness is just incredible.

My hair loss was caused by my BIRTH CONTROL PILLS. The thing is that the hair specialist that I went to didn't even consider this possibility, and completely dismissed it when I mentioned it, which is why I strongly suggest seeing more than one doctor for any problems, if you can.

Are you on birth control by any chance? What about any other medications? What's your diet like?

No health insurance for two years and I'm currently waiting for it to open up again through my job so I can get on some for myself. And when I started to have these issues when they started appearing years ago, they were ignored and brushed aside as "oh, you're just not getting enough sleep" and now they've gotten worse.

I'm not birth control or any medications. My diet, I try to get it as healthy as possibly, lots of veggies, dark green veggies. My mother cooks European/Gourmet so you know that diet isn't that bad.

Although recently not well since I've been struggling with 24/7 acid reflux, almost vomit, stomach ache ... and other stomach issues from this horrible flu of three and a half weeks that hasn't gotten a bit better :/

    I do take vitamins.

Sorry for the double post, but...

I've also had this hair problem for almost 5 years and it's also thinning as well. I can remember when I had more hair near the top of my forehead and when my hair sued to be thicker :/

I constantly, constantly get dry skin, and usually have several tiny red raised bumps on my thighs all the time. I break out in what I call mini rashes, where my skin itches to where it's red.

My fingers tips are always red and/or are somewhat tingling.

I wake up with a pulsing sensation in my entire leg sometimes and/or I wake up with pain in my joints :/
