A little confused about strange bumps..

I've been getting these pimple/wart like bumps around my inner thighs. I freaked out and went to see if it was an STD. Came back negative (thank goodness!) But now these bumps keep coming up!!! Mostly on my upper, inner thighs. I thought they could be razor bumps, but I don't shave my legs! I usually don't shave my legs because I get razor burn pretty easily. I honestly can't even remember the last time I shaved where I'm getting these bumps.

They're ugly and I don't know what to do! I've tried putting acne cream on them, didn't help. Now I'm putting antibiotic cream on it. Still not helping. I'm probably going to go see a dermatologist soon because it's bathing suit season and this is not how I want to look!!!!

Any suggestions or thought as to what might be causing this or how to help?

PS-I'm also going to post this question in the "hair removal" section. Might get some answers there as well!

Could it possibly be heat rash/bumps? I often get them in my bikini area if I allow myself to get too hot - I also get them between my toes because my feet are gross (I think feet in general are gross and icky) and sweat a lot.

Heat bumps do tend to look like pimples or small boils ...

Yeah, thats what I was thinking - that they could be from the friction of your thighs. There is this really good anti-chafing gel out there called Soothing Care by Monistat. Maybe that might help some?
