I have been having lower back back for 3 weeks straight. It actually started a month ago then wait away then came back full force. All I keep hearing from people is it's pms don't worry. Not every pain a woman has can be blamed on pms. We do actually have other problems. I've been getting my period for 10 years now I know exactly what is caused by pms. Plus this has been going on before and after my special friend comes for a visit.
Right now it's bad where i can't bend over. The only position I can lay on is my back. Now the pain seems to be in m,y upper butt and legs. I don't have health insurance so I don't want a hug hospital bill unless I really need to go in.
the fact that the pain is in your lower back, bottom, and legs sounds like you may have a pinched nerve (psyatic nerve? please forgive the atrocious spelling of that..).
Try lots of rest, don't turn at your waist or lift anything heavy if you can at all help it, warm pads might alleviate some of the pain. Having someone give you a *GENTLE* massage/back rub in the lower back might help release the tense muscles and relieve pain too.
Good luck, back pain is terrible! I hope you feel better soon
If it is quite bad, you might have to bite the bullet and go see a doctor or a chiropractor for treatment.
