Thread: pinched nerve

Does anyone know what can ease a pinched nerve, my mom has it on her thigh and shes really in pain. I know she needs lots of rest but what else can ease the pain?

Heat helps a lot as well as drinking lots of water. Most of the time they just have to work themselves out but if she can go see a chiropractor or massage therapist it would make her feel tons better!
