Alot of things sound like common sense when you say them out loud, but in our heads, in our daily lives, sometimes we forget the simple things. Sometimes, especially us women, overlook the fact that we don't feel quite like we should. Maybe we're moody, and blame it on our hormones. Maybe we're overly tired, and blame it on our busy lives. Maybe we feel incredibly stressed, and blame it on various stressful factors in our lives.
IF you feel ANY of the things above, take a look at your vitamin B intake. If you're not taking a B complex every day, I highly recommend that you consider doing so. I use the sublingual B complex (squirt it under your tongue). If you're not taking it, give it a week, and I assure you you'll have noticeable results in your overall mood, energy, attitude. (All this unless you have some sort of underlying medical issue).
