Anybosy have any ides?
I have been experiecning bad breast pain in the last month. Mostly a lot of soreness in the mornings and at night after I take my bra off.
I know this is a sign of pregnancy but I am not pregnant. What could be causeing it. I have had mild breast pain around my cycle before but this is constant. Also I have noticed that they seem to be fiting tighter in my bra. I haven't had any recent weight gain so that's a little confusing also. Even my mother commented that my breasts seemed larger. Is this type of thing normal...?
A few things that might help. I am on BC (pill) and I am 20 yrs old (well past puberty)

Not that I can spell itNor find it in the dictionary
But, our breasts are filled with glands, those glands can swell, get hard and cause pain. Lymptho glands or something to that effect.
It can be related to stress and usually isn't anything to worry about, it will go away.
If your in doubt, have a mamogram...

Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
you must believe!
Wear larger bras and try not to wear them at home, to give them some 'space'. It seems like your breast have grown larger (I think it's normal, even at 20) and your bras are too small for them, so this causes pain.
Try it for two weeks and if it continues give a doctor a call, but I wouldn't worry about it.![]()
I am currently having breast pain as well. Have you ever been on the depo shot?
