    Default eating problem??

I don't know if this is really a problem so i havent gone to the drs. but figured this might be a good place to start.
I am 28 and feel like I have to eat a lot more during the day than most. I am 5'9" and 125lbs but I have to eat all the time. I eat super healthy and rarely eat any processed foods or things high in sugar. I find I need to eat a big big breakfast but am still hungry an hour later. Same with dinner, I will eat a good meal with all the food groups and such but an hour later I need a bowl of cereal or something to get me good and full for the night. I find it best if I snack about every hour or so through out the day. of course some days are better than others, if I am really active I have to eat more or if I am distracted by an activity I might not notice the hunger as much. I also have digestive problems (intense stomach pains) and these can be worse when i ignore my hunger. for example if i go a long time without eating when i finally do eat I have a massive attack of stomach pains and usually end up loosing whatever I just ate pretty quick :/
I find I can also have pretty bad attacks of feeling weak, shaky and need to get food quickly and sit down for a bit. I cant realy tell what brings these on but i am sure there is a reason. Sugar levels??
Sorry this is all over the place I am typing in a hurry but I just needed to try and get this out there to someone who can maybe offer an explanation, maybe it's nothing but it's just something that is on my mind and has me wondering. thanks

Sounds just like me. You most likely just have a high metabolism. You're lucky. But if you are really worried about it you could go get a blood test for hyperthyroid.

it sounds like you have a high metabolism
but equally its worth getting checked your thyroid checked out
it also sounds to me like you might be suffering with some kind of IBS or food intolerance
which you should also see somebody about.

if you're eating healthily and you're getting bad stomach problems it sounds more like an intolerance than anything else.

I have many of the same problems. I'm so glad you posted about it. I've been thinking my problems are due to a mix of higher phyisical ativity level, high metabolism, and possible hormone shifts. I suppose it would probably be a good idea for both of us to see the dr, huh?
