Starting on this past sunday, I had a really bad headache and the pain went from my left temple to the bone in the back of my head. So, I asked people if they thought it was like a migraine but they said since it's not like a pulsing pain that they think it might be a tension headache, but the pain is only on the left side of my head and it's not pulsing, and it hurt's sometimes when i'm just sitting or standing and then when I turn my head it hurt's but I would describe the pain as like a 5. Does anyone know what this might be?
I've had the pain now for 4 days
