Question Blood Pressure

I recently went for my yearly exam, I was told my blood pressure was 189 over 111, which apparently is extremely high. She told me I needed to see my physician, problems is I don't have insurance and no regular dr. Just wondering if there is anything I can do to control it or what to do when it gets high. She told me 1 of the signs of high blood pressure is sever headahes and I get those like every other day. If anybody has any suggestions, let me know.

Default Blood Pressure

There are some things that can help with high blood pressure. Low doses of aspirin (81 mg) will help on a daily basis. However, you should probably see a doctor. He can...and probably will... put you on a medication...generic will be MUCH cheaper. He will probably give you medicine for a few months and then check up on you once more before giving you refills for an entire year. As far as I know, high blood pressure usually does not go away. You may need to stay on medicine for a long time. You may want to check online when you get medicine. Sometimes manufacturers have coupons for 6 free refills. Also, some doctor's offices keep plenty of samples in their offices to get you started. Hope this helped
