Thread: problem with gas and bloating all over again after having a complete hysterectomy

Hi my name is Jill I had a hysterectomy August 3 2009 I had everything removed except my gallbladder and my appendix I was fine for the first 7/12 months now I'm starting to get all of the gas and bloating all over again I went back to Gi Doctor he sent me to have a upper gi I got my test result back and he said it's not my gallbladder I don't have gallstone or kiddney stone and I don't have ulcers the only thing they did fine is the lining of my esophagus is to small. He said I might have IBS but did not say for sure. I have and HMO plan it won't help pay for someone to help me loose weight. Any one else out there have the same problem. I really could use all of the help I can get. All of the pain is in the upper part of my stomach around where my gallbladder is. They check several time it is not my gallbladder. Have you kept a food diary? It could be that you are allergic to something you are eating. Even a food sensitivity can cause a lot of problems or discomfort for people.
