I suggest the Become an Ex plan.
The marketing company I work for recently picked up the campaign for the Ad Council and the American Legacy Foundation. It's a program that will help you pick your smoking habit apart into little pieces that can be tackled individually. Once you begin you will start seeing how to quit smoking not as a huge war, but as a series of small , very winnable battles.

. I couldn't really tell how much I'd smoke weekly I'd guess 20 possibly more depending or whether or not I've been drinking. I've been smoking on/off since I was 10
scary thought (I'm 18 now). I really need to quit but can't seem to stick to it >.< Can anyone offer advice??
