Sudden painful bump on head
I was watching TV when I scratched my head and noticed a bump on the top side of my head in my hair. It's painful to the touch and a bit painful and tingles slightly when I don't touch it (although that may be because I was touching it for a while). I don't remember bumping my head there so I'm wondering what I should do. Should I wait a few days or get it checked out asap? Anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

How big is the bump? is it noticable?
