    Default Abnormal Apetite

    For about a week now, my apetite has been very off.
    Every 2 or 3 hours, I will feel like I'm starving, as if I haven't eaten in an entire day. But when I eat, I can only have a very small amount. Such as, a banana, a yogurt, or half a cheeseburger. I get so stuffed I can't eat anymore, and feel like I'm going to vomit.
    Just to clarify: I do not have an eating disorder. My daily diet usually consists of 1 full meal (dinner), and a piece of fruit at breakfast.
    I don't really understand what could be going on.

    You are not eating enough. Not in the sense that you should pig out at every meal lol, but in the sense of eating a light snack quite a few times a day. The new thing being promoted when it comes to eating is eating breakfast, a snack a few hours later, lunch, snack again a few hours later, dinner, then again a snack. By 'snack' it means maybe an apple, maybe a couple crackers, maybe a handful of nuts. The key is to keep the nutrients going so your body does not even have the need to feel hungry. It is not a good idea to limit yourself to one good sized meal a day because your body needs that continuous supply of energy and nutrients.

    Ive been dealing with something like this for awhile now. I get sooo hungry and then when I sit down to eat, i eat a little and feel like if I put in one more bite or even have to do all I can to make myself chew whats in my mouth, or I'll throw up. It sucks. I try eating just a little whenever I do get hungry. And realize that if I can't eat a "big" meal then whatever, I can eat again in a bit.
