You are not eating enough. Not in the sense that you should pig out at every meal lol, but in the sense of eating a light snack quite a few times a day. The new thing being promoted when it comes to eating is eating breakfast, a snack a few hours later, lunch, snack again a few hours later, dinner, then again a snack. By 'snack' it means maybe an apple, maybe a couple crackers, maybe a handful of nuts. The key is to keep the nutrients going so your body does not even have the need to feel hungry. It is not a good idea to limit yourself to one good sized meal a day because your body needs that continuous supply of energy and nutrients.
